Comparison Between DXonJet Wall Printer and Wallpen and The Other Wall Printers
October 11, 2024
【Dec 30th, 2024】Introducing Auto Maintainer
December 30, 2024No.1 Globally, there are only about 8 manufacturers of wall printers.
with one based in Germany and the rest in China. Meanwhile, dozens of traders are reselling wall printers on platforms like Alibaba, Aliexpress, and other online stores.
No.2 Most wall printers on the market are just basic machines put together without any specific features for vertical printing.
As a result, they have many shortcomings. For instance, they use generic software instead of having a custom program designed for vertical printing. The body structure doesn’t include any design to prevent shaking, which affects the print quality. Additionally, the inkjet system hasn’t been optimized, leading to poor printing results and frequent nozzle clogs, among other issues.
No.3 The most important aspect to consider in a vertical wall printer is its reliability, followed by the print quality.
If the printer isn’t reliable, even the highest print precision won’t matter. However, you can’t determine reliability just from looking at the printer’s specifications.
It relates to various factors, including the print head, the waveform that controls how the print head works, the printer’s control program, the inkjet system, the type of ink used, the overall mechanical design of the printer, software optimization, mechanical assembly and adjustment, training, and after-sales service support.
No.4 DPI doesn’t really determine print quality.
Having a high DPI number just means there’s a chance to produce high-quality images, but many manufacturers exaggerate this number. Print quality depends on various factors like how well the machine is set up, software optimization, waveform adjustments, ink selection, mechanical precision, and the quality of the image itself.
No.5 Not all suppliers can provide reliable service support to their customers.
Most sellers are just focused on selling machines and do not offer after-sales service. In reality, they often lack the ability to provide support because they are simply sellers, not developers or manufacturers.
Some companies have only one or two people, yet they claim to be factories and post factory pictures online. Selling wall printers is often just a side business for them, or a very small part of their overall operations.
If a seller cannot fully support the consumer, my advice is to avoid choosing them. They make easy money without caring about the customer.
No.6 Most of the wall printing images you see on social media are edited and don’t look like the actual results you’ll see in person.
So, you really can’t trust those videos and pictures. All the videos and images published by DXonJet online are raw footage, mostly taken with an iPhone.
No.7 Service is the key to wall printing success
As a manufacturer of wall printers with over six years of experience in this field, I not only serve my own customers but also help those using wall printers from other companies. They come to me for spare parts and paid technical support. This often happens because their suppliers provide poor service or have disappeared without any response.
