Manufacturer Warranty

DXonJet provides a warranty to the original purchaser that the product, which is accompanied by this warranty statement and used within the country of purchase, will conform to the manufacturer's specifications and be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of license activation.

This Warranty is not transferable.

During any warranty period, if you use non-DXonJet ink for your product, it will render your product ineligible for any warranty coverage.

You may need to furnish evidence of purchasing DXonJet ink to validate its consistent and exclusive usage.

All ink flow components, including print heads, capping stations, and dampers, among others, are considered consumable wear items unless there is a mechanical or electrical failure upon initial installation.

The Customer, for the purposes of this warranty, is committed to reporting to DXonJet every fault and/or defect of the goods no later than 8 days from its discovery using the ticketing service on the DXonJet web page or contact DXonJet engineer via WhatsApp or Email.

Replacement will be dispatched only upon receiving goods listed in the RMA reference. Or confirmed by DxonJet engineers.

Return of goods is done under the responsibility of the returning party and must be completed within 10 days of the RMA reference has been provided.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the customer because of negligence in the use or misuse of the goods compared to that for which it was designed, or caused by repairs, replacement of individual components, maintenance made by unauthorized parties, or caused by any circumstances independent from DXonJet’s fault or negligence.

DXonJet shall not be liable for any damage to property caused by the product after it has been delivered and whilst it is in the possession of the customer.

Nor shall DXonJet be liable for any damage to products manufactured by the Customer, or to products of which the Customer’s products form a part.
