DXonJet has updated the control programs within the mainboard and headboard, fixing some bugs and improving print stability. Additionally, we have upgraded two accessories: a kit for directly adjusting the track level and a kit for vertical and diagonal strut rods. If you are a DXonJet user, please contact your engineer for program updates or to purchase the kits.

Two New Add on Accessories

The two hardware kits in this update significantly enhance the printer’s stability and portability while reducing calibration and setup time.

Level Calibration Kit

The horizontal calibration kit allows for direct leveling of the horizontal track, eliminating the need for small jacks or other items to level the track. The calibration process is simple, quick, and the fixing components are stable, ensuring no impact on print stability.

Diagonal Brace Fixing Kit

The diagonal strut fixing kit is designed to support the stability of vertical uprights. The kit is lightweight and easy to install, making it ideal for use with print heights around 230cm.

Flexible Extension Kit

Given that customers are unable to transport vertical poles measuring 2 meters in length, a range of poles varying in length from 20 centimeters to 110 centimeters has been provided. By combining these poles, customers can achieve printer heights ranging from 140 centimeters to 400 centimeters (with intervals of every 10 centimeters). This is highly practical for indoor printing, as the height of the printer determines the size of the printed image, which must align with the height of the wall.
